Almshouses, now warehouse. Dated 1820 on first floor north wall plaque; for Trinity House, Newcastle. Rendered painted brick; Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays. First 3 bays blind;wedge stone lintel to double 4-panelled door with overlight in fourth bay; 2 wide sashes with late C19 wood lintels and glazing bars in next bays; upper floor blank. Hipped roof has 2 tall chimneys. LISTED GRADE 2
