          Description
Remnants of a radar station of the Second World War period seen and mapped from air photographs. The central feature was a gun-laying mat. The radar station would have been associated with an anti aircraft battery which must have been destroyed by open cast coal mining at the end of the War. The radar station was destroyed during reinstatement following the coal mining.
