Catherine Cookson Court, Westoe Village

Out of character with the rest of the Conservation Area. Built in smooth brown brick with low pitch roofs in concrete tiles, small brown windows, plastic rainwater goods, concrete pavements. The development was built in the grounds of the demolished Westoe House. A series of blank side elevations. The private courtyard elevation and the gardens are very attractive and add to the Conservation Area's character.
