Description
Built in the 1920s as accomodation for staff working at Undercliff (HER 8163) for the Chapman family. Two blocks of single storey cottages with hipped roofs. Nos. 1 and 3 have added dormer windows and extensions. East Farm Mews (No. 4) has been extended to form an 'L' shape, almost doubling the footprint of the original building. The unmade drive from Sunniside Lane to the cottages still looks like a farm track, with hedges on either side.
