Description
1615 wreck of English craft which stranded at Ryhope. Constructed of wood, she was a sailing vessel. The inquest on the wreck of the UNICORN on 15 October 1615, was used as evidence in the case of Bishop of Durham v Robert Preston, 7 November 1768.
