Description
Cocks recovered from his Site 14 C, south of Clara Vale, a "finely worked knife edge, in mint condition with several flakes only partly detached". It was found in subsoil about 460 mm down on 4th Oct. 1945, about 50 yards north of the Grange stackyard. "A fine knife of Early Bronze Age, probably Beaker period".
