Early C19 villa. Finely cut ashlar with moulded eaves cornice. Welsh slate roof,
ashlar end chimneys. Tall blank plinth. Two storeys, three bays, wide proportions.
Plain reveals to sash windows. Five stone steps with wrought iron handrail to
six-panel door with oblong fanlight in a plain stone surround with prominent coved
cornice. Added modern dormer. LISTED GRADE 2
