Description
This carried the track from Nipper's Well to Path Head across the Blaydon Burn waggonway, and thus dates from c.1840. The abutment projecting from the east side of the valley survives, built of squared sandstone ashlar, rusticated faced with tooled margins. Abutted on the north and south by sections of rough sandstone rubble revetments.
