Description
Weir associated with Low Mill (76), constructred of roughly squared, evenly coursed sandstone (Plate 2). Retaining walls along the banks of the Burn run downstream all the way to the Mill.

A stone mould was found in the Burn just below the weir (Plate 71), function unknown.
