Description:
3 shops and houses, now one house. Late C18/early C19. English garden wall bond with ashlar dressings: Welsh slate roof. 5 storeys at front to 3 behind, with rise of stairs. One x 3 irregular bays. One-bay south elevation facing Sandhill has ground floor shop and door at right, both boarded in plain wood surround. Wedge stone lintel and projecting stone sill to sash window with glazing bars on each of 4 upper floors. Hipped roof. Left return has 2 shops with renewed glazing bars. LISTED GRADE 2
