Description
These houses were listed Grade II in 1987 with the following description:
'2 pairs of houses in a terrace. Circa 1850. Yellow brick with ashlar plinth and dressings. Slate roof. 2 storeys and attics; 3 bays each. Dentilled open pediment over 4 central bays of each pair; set-back outer entrance bays have 4-panel doors and overlights in architraves; sash windows above. Wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills to sashes with late C19 glazing bars to Nos. 18 and 19 at right, margined sashes to Nos. 20 and 21; similar pair of windows in left pediment; right pediment has segmental brick arches to windows, one extra inserted. One-storey, one-bay addition above entrance bay of No. 19. Brick chimneys on ridge running back from pediments.'
