          Description
The redevelopment of the Grainger Street-Neville Street site which once housed the Douglas Hotel, Spital Inn, the North Eastern Hotel and the Express Hotel was redeveloped in 1971. The Green Dolphin Public House was built into the office complex. It later changed its name to Maxwell's. In the early 1990s it was the Express (the Express Hotel had been demolished in 1971 to make way for this development). In 1996 the pub was revamped as the Head of Steam.
