Formerly listed grade II but stolen and delisted in 2014.
Former listing description:
Drinking fountain. Late C19. Mills Brothers, sculptors, London; Emley and Walker founders, Newcastle. Cast iron. Shell tap in arched recess with many-scrolled surround having high relief figures, on corbelled plinths, of Moses with raised arm holding rod at left, woman among bulrushes at right; winged cherubs in clouds above quotation.
